چکیده
Red ginger (Zingiber officinale var. Rubrum) as one of the Indonesian spices has so many important roles, especially in health sector a medicinal plant, which active compounds including phenols, alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids and tannins. Therefore, phytochemical analysis is needed to analyze each red (Z. from three such Batu, Malang (RGB), Plaosan, Magetan (RGP) Simalungun, Medan (RGS) its contains. Also, perform LC50 was for analyzing effect on Zebra fish (Danio rerio) model fish. For this research, use an experimental study with Completely Randomized Factorial Design (CRFD) method two independent variable dosage type Rubrum). In study, five dosages (10 mg/l; 20 30 40 50 mg/l) types treatment, it found highest mortality lowest survival rate were at (50 RGB extreme increase decrease curve RGP treatment.
